MY LIL' BRO'S DOG BITE...

yea, i should probably elaborate on it. Before i begin, let me just say that i wasn't there personally for it. But apparently my brother was riding his scooter in the park. And then the dog came along, saw him, and started chasing him. Of course, my brother got scared and went even faster and the dog kept chasing him. Evantually, it caught up and bit him in the arm. Considering how big the dog was, it was actually quite a small bite. Anyways, my bro's ok now, just a little shocked. But it's dissapointing that the owner didn't have it on a leash.
