CHEESCAKE SUPRISE.......... DISASTER?

when it comes to the culinar arts, it seems that i take after my mom more than my dad. Unlike him, if i were left alone at home for a month with money to buy only groceries, i could still make decent food. And today, since it's my mm's birthday, i'm attempting to make cheesecake using a recipe from a friend. I do hope it works. It should, thereotically, but i could still screw it up.... hmmmmmmm...
